We like to refer to this gorgeous 2-story home as the "Triple T" because of its transitional, timeless, and tasteful appeal. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is truly the centerpiece of the home with custom white cabinetry coupled with a richly stained quarter sawn oak center island to match the gorgeous wood floors, Silestone's "Eternal Statuario" quartz countertops, Thermador appliances, clean white porcelain backsplash, a butler's pantry and last but not least, beautiful brass light fixtures.
The main level study is adorned with the gorgeous "Clive" chandelier from Crate & Barrel in a black finish, rich wood custom cabinetry, and a gorgeous gray trim around the doors and windows giving the space a soft, unique charm certain to relax the mind.
The great room's center of attention is the linear fireplace faced with a gray stacked stone and attractive custom shelving and cabinetry on each side. The ceiling is adorned with soft, charming wood beams to compliment the shelving and color richness of the kitchen center island.
We love doing something fun in our powder baths, whether it is pretty wallpaper, an exciting wall paint color, or in this case a tiled accent wall! We chose soft white marble tile with hints of warm gold streaks which pair perfectly with the gold "Urchin" light and gold framed mirror. One of our favorite powder baths to date!
While on the topic of bathrooms, the Owner's bathroom of this home is crisp, clean and tranquil. With a free-standing tub, and a stunning marble walk-in shower this bathroom is one that emits those lovely spa-like vibes.
For a family home, a jack + jill bathroom is a must. The jack + jill bathroom in this home is quite spacious providing ample amounts of storage and privacy for each person occupying the bathroom. The vanities are kept separate by the shared shower and privacy doors. The vanity tops are Hanstone "Classic Statue" quartz surrounded by chic chrome fixtures and crystal hardware.
The lower level of this home is a distinguished space for entertaining! A wet bar, game area, and media room allow for the perfect space to host a party. The wet bar is spacious with a full size stainless steel refrigerator, mirrored backsplash, and plenty of cabinet storage space. The cabinetry is warm and richly stained quarter sawn oak and the countertops are honed "Black Pearl" granite. The media room is cozy with a stone fireplace and oak built-ins.
Lastly, we love a sport court in every family oriented home. It is perfect for the kids to run around and practice their favorite sport in, especially during the cold Minnesota temps. This home also features an exercise room that can be hidden by a gorgeous oak sliding barn door.
With rich warm wood tones, mixed metals, accent walls, luxury home features, this home is perfect for today's stylish family, and we had so much fun designing it.
