This Modern Rambler is positioned on a 3.28 acre lot featuring long wetland views which provide an alluring backdrop, with many unique modern finishes that cater specifically to the homeowner’s taste and vision of neutral tones paired hints of brushed brass and dark green.
The kitchen features high-tech materials like quartz countertops, touch to open/soft close cabinetry, and Fenix Nanotech Opaque Black Matte cabinet surface, which is known for its heat-resistance, self-healing properties, water repellence, and resistance to mold-making it an ideal surface for contact with food and heat.
The great room features a 60” linear fireplace faced with a venetian plaster and white oak shiplap flanked by white oak beams.
The laundry room cabinet color is a bold dark green in the Sherwin Williams shade “Rosemary”, paired with brass hex pulls from CB2, and a white matte trapezoid porcelain tile.
The master bathroom features a double vanity split by a makeup vanity. The tub and double shower heads are in a combined space across from the vanities. The shared tub/shower space was a request by the client.
The floors are a porcelain elongated hexagon tile that has the look of marble (if you are looking to have the look of marble without the maintenance opt for a porcelain look alike), the vanity tops are Arctic White quartz, the sconces are the Sutton Double Sconce from Restoration Hardware, and plumbing fixtures are Delta Brizo Litze in Luxe Gold.
The Jack & Jill bath features the vanity lighting from Apparatus, black marble 1” hex mosaic floors and vertical stack subway tile for shower walls, quartz countertops, Delta Trinsic single handle faucet in matte black, and slab white oak finger pull drawers.
This home also features many high-end light fixtures, three being designed and hand-made by Apparatus Studio, New York, and others sourced from Circa Lighting, Restoration Hardware and more.
