This thoughtfully designed modern two-story is nestled beautifully in Wayzata schools newest neighborhood of Hollydale. This Dream Home on the Parade of Homes Spring 2023 tour was designed by Lindsey Swanson who envisioned impressive light fixtures, 10’ beamed vaulted ceilings, natural stonework, and custom white oak detailing all paired with luxurious furnishings and accessories.

Great Room
The 10’ beamed ceilings connect the chef-style open-concept kitchen, the dining area, and the great room. A standout feature of this room is no doubt the fireplace wrapped in gorgeous scalloped wood and soapstone. Custom white oak built-ins parallel each side of the fireplace and provide optimal shelving display for accessories and artwork.
Chef-Style Kitchen
In this chef-style open-concept kitchen the use of natural materials of both white oak and custom stonework paired with modern elements such as the slab inset cabinetry gives the overall look a cozy modern feel. Here you will also find top-of-the-line Signature appliances like the custom paneled column fridge & freezer separated by the wine cooler, and the 48” dual fuel range.
We love the natural lighting the large windows bring to the open-concept dining area. A linear chandelier from Restoration Hardware floats in the center of the dining table.
A warmly painted walk-through prep-pantry with a window that overlooks the athletic court below completes this dream home kitchen.
Dream Home Office
Straight off the entryway you will discover the home office. The stunning custom built-ins painted in Sherwin Williams Urban Bronze paired with a shiplap white oak accent wall make for a real wow-factor in this dream study. We love the effortlessly suspended drum-shaped linen light fixture in this space, along with the custom white oak sliding barn door that offers added privacy.
Powder Bath
The wallcovering in this powder room reflets the modern and elegant styling throughout this home. The golden details of the Ginkgo leaves are echod in the bronze sconces and compliment the natural stone vessel sink on the white oak and q-quartz vanity creating a striking and unique space.
Main Floor Details
The perfect entryway mudroom off the garage includes custom built-ins for storage and bench. On this main level there's also a well-appointed three-season porch with a fireplace for extended enjoyment and unique windows that open wide with pull down screens. Another standout design choice was the burnished brass two-tiered chandelier in the stairway with a minimalist silhouette that pairs perfectly in the modern entryway.
Primary Suite Bedroom & Bath
The owner’s suite on the second story showcases vaulted ceilings with white oak beams and a beautifully tiered drum chandelier, along with a stunning view of the scenic backyard pond through large windows. In the bathroom, the marbled porcelain tile floors and walk-in shower will make you feel like you’re walking on a cloud. The free-standing tub gives this bathroom a restful & relaxing feel. The inset white oak vanities add warmth and richness to this luxurious bath. The owner’s closet is large with a quartz-topped center island.
Upper Level Details
On the second story you’ll also find three bedrooms with well-appointed baths, the laundry room, and a spacious bonus room with a vaulted ceiling.
Lower Level Details
This lower level is an entertainer's delight and filled with unique interior selections that we love. The media lounge features the same scalloped wood and soapstone detailing as the Great Room above and is paired beautifully with natural stone columns.
The wet bar includes a large center island with Calico White q-quartz countertops and optimal space for seating and a billiards area. The mirrored backsplash adds an elegant and spacious feel to the bar as well.
Indoor athletic courts paired with exercise rooms have been an increasingly popular request for our clients. There is also a 5th bedroom and bath included in this lower level.
